Responsibilities

- Competent qualified with over 4 - 7 years of rich experience in Team Handling , C2H staffing.
- C2H experience is must
- Should be able to help team members in reaching the targets.
- Should have experience in tech skills.
- Skills/Experience
- sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and using an applicant tracking system (ATS) to manage candidates and maintain records.
- The role also involves tasks like coordinating interviews, interview follow-ups and Calling
- Strong IT Recruitment hiring expertise-Good understanding of tech roles, skills and industry standards.
- Expertise on Job portals -Ability to leverage Naukri, LinkedIn and other job portals
