We are looking for an enthusiastic Hardware Design Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electronic hardware design and be willing to support software applications used with our products. Fresh graduates with robust academic projects and a passion for electronics are encouraged to apply.
Key ResponsibilitiesHardware Design
- Assist in designing and developing electronic circuits and PCBs.
- Support schematic creation and PCB layout activities.
- Assemble, test, and troubleshoot electronic hardware prototypes.
- Perform component selection and prepare Bills of Materials (BOM).
- Conduct hardware validation and debugging using test equipment.
- Maintain hardware design documentation.
Software & Application Support
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot application software.
- Assist in firmware loading and software updates.
- Support customers and internal teams with basic technical issues.
- Help diagnose hardware and software integration problems.
- Document issues and coordinate with the development team for resolution.
Testing & Documentation
- Perform functional testing of hardware and software.
- Prepare test reports and technical documentation.
- Participate in product validation and quality improvement activities.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Understanding of electronic components and circuit diagrams.
- Familiarity with PCB design concepts (KiCad, Altium, Eagle, or similar is a plus).
- Basic knowledge of microcontrollers (Arduino, ESP32, STM32, etc.).
- Basic understanding of communication protocols such as UART, I2C, SPI, or RS485.
- Familiarity with Windows and basic software installation.
- Basic knowledge of C or Embedded C is an advantage.
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of IoT or Embedded Systems.
- Exposure to industrial automation or PLCs is a plus.
- Basic Python or SQL knowledge is an added advantage.
Soft Skills
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Eagerness to learn new technologies.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to support customers.
