Experience

- 10+ years of software engineering experience, delivering ML or AI solutions in production
- Proven experience architecting scalable systems, APIs, and data platforms
- Hands-on programming experience in Go, Java, or Python
- Experience working with distributed systems technologies (e.g., messaging systems, databases, RPC frameworks)
- Practical experience applying AI/ML techniques, including LLMs, in real-world products
- Experience leading initiatives end-to-end from design through deployment and optimization
- Robust exposure to CI/CD, testing practices, and cloud-native architectures




- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in global environments
- Track record of mentoring engineers and fostering technical excellence
