Role & responsibilities

- Oversee daily warehouse operations for Finished Goods (FG) and Raw Materials (RM)
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and movement of materials
- Follow FIFO inventory practices
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels
- Conduct cycle counts and physical stock verification
- Maintain proper records of inward and outward materials
- Perform SAP transactions (GRN, GI, STO, transfer postings, etc.)
- Ensure real-time and accurate data entry in SAP
- Generate stock and movement reports from SAP
- Coordinate with internal teams for SAP-related issues
- Supervise material receipt and dispatch activities
- Ensure proper documentation (invoice, challan, gate pass)




- Coordinate with transporters and vendors for smooth operations
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance
- Support internal and external audit requirements
- Identify process improvements for efficiency and accuracy
- Implement best practices in warehouse operations

Working Days : Monday to Saturday

Office Time: 9:.30AM to 6:30 PM
