About the Role

- Healthsy Pharmacy is looking for a detail-oriented Purchase Executive to manage procurement of pharmaceutical and healthcare products.
- The ideal candidate will ensure timely, cost-effective purchasing while maintaining strong supplier relationships and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source and procure medicines, medical supplies, and pharmacy products from approved distributors and manufacturers
- Negotiate pricing, credit terms, and discounts with vendors and suppliers
- Maintain vendor database and evaluate supplier performance regularly Inventory & Order Management
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory/store teams to avoid stock-outs or overstocking
- Raise purchase orders (POs) and track order status until delivery
- Handle returns, expired stock, and short-expiry product management with suppliers Documentation & Compliance
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and purchase orders for accuracy before payment processing
- Ensure all purchased products comply with drug licensing, expiry norms, and regulatory requirements




- Maintain purchase records, MIS reports, and documentation for audits Coordination & Reporting
- Coordinate with the accounts team for timely vendor payments
- Track market trends, new product launches, and pricing changes in the pharma sector

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in procurement/purchase (preferably in Pharma, Healthcare, or FMCG)
- Strong knowledge of medicines, distributors, and supply chain processes
- Good negotiation and vendor management skills
- Proficiency in Google Sheet, MS-Excel and ERP/Tally systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in retail pharmacy procurement
- Understanding of inventory management and demand planning
- Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment
