Job Description Operations Executive (Agency Role)
Role Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to manage stock inward processes, ensure timely GIT (Goods in Transit) clearance, support finance operations, and coordinate with SAP/ETP systems. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to work across teams to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Stock Inward Management
- Handle inward of stock for company-owned and franchisee stores.
- Ensure accurate documentation and proper system updates for all inward stock.
- Verify quantities and quality of incoming goods against purchase orders/invoices.
2. GIT (Goods in Transit) Clearance
- Monitor and track stock in transit between warehouse and stores.
- Ensure timely clearance and proper system closure of GIT entries.
- Resolve discrepancies related to transit stock in coordination with relevant teams.
3. Invoice Submission
- Collect, verify, and submit invoices to the Finance team in a timely manner.
- Ensure all supporting documents are accurate and complete.
- Follow up with Finance for invoice processing and issue resolution.
4. System Coordination (SAP/ETP)
- Coordinate with SAP/ETP teams for resolving system-related issues impacting stock inward and GIT processes.
- Raise tickets and track resolution for system errors or mismatches.
- Ensure smooth data flow and accuracy in system entries.
Key Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of inventory and supply chain processes
- Working knowledge of SAP/ETP (or similar ERP systems)
- Positive coordination and communication skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce/Logistics/Supply Chain)
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain
- Experience working with ERP systems like SAP/ETP is preferred
