The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires strong stakeholder management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast packed setting. Key Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring timely and quality hires. • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define role expectations. • Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals. • Conduct initial screenings, assess candidate fit, and coordinate with hiring teams. • Schedule interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates and stakeholders. • Track and maintain recruitment metrics,



including TAT (Turnaround Time) and hiring reports. • Maintain and update candidate database with accurate records. • Support employer branding and HR initiatives. • Adapt to team requirements and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
