Key Responsibilities:
● Manage the full implementation lifecycle including requirement gathering, configuration,testing, and deployment.
● Conduct client workshops to understand business processes and map them to product capabilities.
● Configure product modules and workflows to align with customer requirements.
● Manage and validate data migration activities, ensuring accuracy and integrity.
● Provide training and knowledge transfer to client teams during UAT and post go-live.
● Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Engineering, Support, Customer Success) for issue resolution.
● Track project progress, communicate status updates, and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
● Document implementation best practices, templates, and client-specific configurations for reusability.
● Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, ensuring a seamless handover to the support team.
Required Qualifications:
Educational
● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.
● Certifications in project management (Agile/Scrum, PMP, PRINCE2) or SaaS tools
preferred.
Professional
● 2–4 years of experience in product implementation, solution delivery, or consulting.
● Solid knowledge of SaaS/HRMS/Enterprise software workflows.
● Hands-on experience with data migration, system configuration, and UAT management.
● Proficiency in MS Excel/SQL for data handling and analysis.
● Strong communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
● Ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
