We are hiring a VP - Business Development (HNI / UHNI Client Acquisition) for our client, one of India’s leading independent wealth advisory firms.

As the VP - Business Development, your responsibilities would be:

To lead strategic client acquisition and business development initiatives for ultra-HNIs.
To drive data acquisition using public directories, professional networks, and area mapping.
To conduct data mining on existing databases and liaise with group and non-group entities for future business.
To manage end-to-end prospect ownership, including scheduling RM meetings, updating internal systems, and closing conversions.

Requirements

Proven track record of driving a year-on-year increase in AUM.
Experience in managing an AUM of 150 - 200 Cr.
Extensive background and experience in the investment or financial services industry.




Excellent written and oral communication, along with strong selling skills.
Strong expertise in relationship building, teamwork, and collaboration.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint).
