Job description Role & responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead site project management for hospital, healthcare, and real estate developments
- Planning & Execution: Drive project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution to meet timelines and quality standards
- Site Commissioning: Oversee site commissioning, MEP coordination, and handover processes
- Estimation & Analysis: Handle cost estimation, BOQ, value engineering, and commercial analysis
- Team Leadership: Manage project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors on site
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, consultants, regulatory authorities, and internal teams
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to safety norms, quality standards, and statutory requirements
- Vendor Management: Should comply in Vendor accessing for the particular project

Preferred candidate profile
We are looking for a seasoned Vice President - Construction Projects to lead large-scale site operations for hospitals, healthcare facilities in Kolkata. This is a leadership role overseeing end-to-end project delivery from planning to commissioning.
