- Gather and document business requirements.
- Create BRD, FRD, user stories, and process flows.
- Coordinate with clients, developers, and QA teams.
- Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.
- Support UAT and ensure successful project delivery.
Required Skills:
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with BRD, FRD, UML, and Agile/Scrum.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of SQL and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Visio is preferred.
