Designation - HRBP

Location: Navi Mumbai

We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to partner with business leaders and drive people strategy for a fast-growing organization in the Renewable Energy/Solar sector. The ideal candidate will have robust HRBP experience in the Energy, Power, EPC, Engineering, or Manufacturing industry and will be responsible for aligning HR initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Partner with business leaders to understand business priorities and provide strategic HR support.
- Drive workforce planning, manpower budgeting, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead the performance management cycle, talent reviews, and succession planning.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and culture-building initiatives.
- Coach and advise managers on performance, employee relations, and people management.
- Drive change management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to support critical hiring requirements.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and organizational standards.
- Collaborate with COEs on compensation,



learning & development, and rewards programs.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 5+ years of HR experience, including at least 3 years as an HR Business Partner.
- Experience in Renewable Energy, Solar, Power, Utilities, EPC, Engineering, or Manufacturing organizations is preferred.
- Strong understanding of performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.
- Excellent stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, project, or operations teams will be an advantage.
