Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily operations of the service department, ensuring efficient workflow and meeting customer expectations.
- Coordinate with technicians to diagnose and repair complex automobile issues, providing guidance on diagnostic procedures.

Job Requirements :
- 3-10 years of experience in an automobile service advisory role or related field (body shop).
- Robust knowledge of automobile mechanics, including diagnosis and repair techniques.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and vendors.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail.
