Roles and Responsibilities :

- Work closely with your team leader to ensure Atmail lives up to its promise to customers with respect to providing a high-quality, efficient and timely support service.
- Resolve simple and complex account issues to facilitate technical communication between stakeholders to support customers and improve the product and customer experience.
- Handle customer support requests in a timely and skilled manner, ensuring thorough documentation of all interactions and outcomes, and triaging requests based on established priorities.
- Work closely within the Support Centre to track and resolve escalated customer incidents
- Work closely with the Customer Care Team Leader to improve or create new processes.
- Ensure customer data and mailbox access are handled in strict confidence and in line with data privacy standards.
- Work within all legal and ethical boundaries, company policy and expectations of the wider community; and




- Ensure successful outcomes for Atmail and maintain a commitment to Atmails longevity by undertaking any other duties within the scope of your skills, competence and training as directed by Atmail leadership.

Job Requirements :

- 2-7 years of experience in a billing or escalations role supporting customers.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Proficiency in billing processes and procedures is essential.
- Familiarity with providing support for email services or similar technologies (e.g., internet, online products) to consumers would be highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of billing systems (e.g. Chargebee, Stripe, PayPal) will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of and experience in using customer support and telephony systems (e.g. Zendesk, Amazon Connect) will be an advantage.
- Your educational background, ideally a Bachelors degree in a technology or business-related field.Role & responsibilities
