Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack Developer to build scalable, high-performance web applications from end to end. The ideal candidate should have experience in both frontend and backend development, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the complete software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications
- Build responsive and user-friendly frontend interfaces using ReactJS, TypeScript, and Tailwind CSS
- Develop secure, efficient, and scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js with Express.js or Hono.js
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Design, optimize, and maintain SQL databases for high performance and scalability
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions




- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices
- Manage source code using GitHub and participate in code reviews
- Build and maintain Progressive Web Applications (PWAs)
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability
- Create and maintain technical documentation for application architecture, APIs, and features
- Participate in sprint planning, task estimation, and roadmap discussions

Required Skills:

Frontend: ReactJS, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, React Query, Zustand, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)

Backend: Node.js, Express.js/Hono.js, REST API Development, Authentication & Authorization (JWT/OAuth)

Database: PostgreSQL or similar SQL database, Database Design & Optimization

Tools: GitHub, Postman, Agile/Scrum methodology

Eligibility Criteria:

- Must be available to work from office
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Comfortable working in a rapid-paced startup environment
- Good communication and collaboration skills

Good to Have:

- Experience with React Native
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Knowledge of WebSockets, microservices, or event-driven architecture
- Familiarity with AI-powered applications or SaaS products
- Strong understanding of responsive design and application security
