- Perform routine and non-routine analysis using HPLC and related analytical instruments.
- Prepare standards, reagents, mobile phases, and sample solutions as per approved methods.
- Conduct method verification, validation, and analytical troubleshooting when required.
- Review chromatograms, calculate results, and ensure data integrity.
- Maintain complete and accurate analytical records, worksheets, and test reports.
- Operate, calibrate, and perform routine maintenance of HPLC systems and laboratory equipment.
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC 17025, GLP, SOPs, and laboratory quality procedures.
- Investigate out-of-specification (OOS), out-of-trend (OOT), and instrument-related issues.
- Participate in internal quality control, proficiency testing,
and laboratory audits.
- Maintain laboratory safety standards and ensure proper handling of chemicals and reference standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with accreditation requirements.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and productivity.
Preferred candidate profile
Experience
- 25 years of hands-on experience in HPLC analysis within a commercial, pharmaceutical or NABL-accredited testing laboratory.
- Experience in handling multiple sample matrices will be an added advantage.
