- NISM Series VIII Certification Mandatory

- Assist customers with the online trading platform and digital investment services.
- Execute equity trades as per client instructions.
- Support account activation/reactivation and resolve trading-related queries.
- Deliver excellent customer service and build solid client relationships.
- Cross-sell financial products while ensuring regulatory compliance.
