Role & responsibilities

- Reach out to potential customers and partners for vehicle scrapping services

- Communicate with customers through phone calls, WhatsApp, or email as per their convenience

- Explain the perks of vehicle scrapping and guide customers through the entire process

- Fluent in English and Hindi to cater to a diverse customer base

- Maintain lead and customer data in the system and follow up regularly

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate (any stream);

- experience/willing to work in Customer Handling or customer service

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English

- Proficient in using mobile, WhatsApp, email, and MS Office

- Residing or ready to relocate in Noida
