- Supervise the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP and HVAC systems.
- Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with civil, architectural, and other project teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor subcontractors, manpower, materials, and daily site progress.
- Conduct inspections, identify site issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover.
- Maintain daily progress reports and ensure project completion within the planned schedule.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client requirements.
