Role & responsibilities

- Provide L2 support for Azure, AWS, and Kubernetes environments.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve cloud infrastructure incidents and service requests.
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, deployments, namespaces, ingress controllers, and containerized workloads.
- Support cloud networking, security groups, load balancers, IAM roles, and storage services.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management activities.
- Ensure platform availability, reliability, and performance across cloud environments.
- Collaborate with L3 teams, architects, and application teams for issue resolution.
- Participate in shift handovers and maintain operational documentation.
- Follow ITIL processes for Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
