Role & Responsibilities

- Ensure execution of work as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.
- Coordinate effectively with contractors, consultants, architects, structural engineers, and internal project teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure achievement of construction milestones within planned schedules.
- Manage site resources including manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment for optimum productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to quality, safety, and statutory requirements.
- Review and verify work measurements, contractor bills, and progress reports.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, design discrepancies, and site execution challenges.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and construction best practices.
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly project records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure quality compliance and minimize rework.
- Monitor material consumption and control wastage to achieve cost-effective project execution.
- Support project handover activities and ensure closure of snag lists and punch points.
