Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager with a robust software development background in Java or .NET technologies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on technical expertise, proven project delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional engineering teams in delivering enterprise-scale applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project delivery for enterprise software development projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to define project scope and execution plans.
- Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.
- Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, Infrastructure, Security, and Product Management.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC, engineering best practices, and organizational governance.
- Manage client communication and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
