Hiring: Non-IT Recruiter | Gurugram | 5 Days Working

We are looking for a Non-IT Recruiter to join our team in Gurugram on a 6-month contractual basis.

Location: Gurugram
Role: Non-IT Recruiter
Contract Duration: 6 Months
Salary: Up to 3 LPA (Depending on Interview Performance)
Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)

Key Requirements:
Experience in Non-IT Recruitment
Solid knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
Experience in screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously

Job Responsibilities:
End-to-end Non-IT recruitment
Sourcing candidates through job portals, databases,



and social media platforms
Screening and shortlisting candidates as per client requirements
Interview coordination and candidate follow-up
Managing recruitment pipelines and hiring trackers
Supporting international hiring requirements of the company

This is a contractual role for 6 months. Candidates who are comfortable working on a short-term assignment of 56 months are encouraged to apply.
