Eden Renewables India is currently offering a unique position as Senior Executive - Assistant Manager Finance within the Finance and Accounts Department where you will be playing a fundamental role within a team of highly skilled and experienced professionals.

Incorporated in 2016 as a joint venture between TotalEnergies and EDF power solutions, Eden Renewables has been actively engaged in the development, engineering, financing, construction, and operation of over 2.2 GW of solar PV assets across India.

1. Role Overview

Responsible for managing the role in Accounts Payable control function across multiple operational SPVs, with a primary focus on execution of vendors payment and validation, expense provisioning, and statutory compliance support (GST/TDS). The position requires robust control orientation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high transaction volumes without compromising accuracy or compliance.

2. Vendor Payments & Financial Control

- Review and validate the vendors payment proposals before release
- Ensure the compliances of TDS and GST
- Execution of bank transfers to vendors and employees reimbursements
- Ensure correctness of vendor, invoice reference, amount, and deductions
- Verify bank details and supporting documentation
- Ensure adherence to Delegation of Authority (DOA) and approval matrix

3. Expense Provisioning & Month-End Closure

- Identify and account for all unrecorded expenses O&M;, admin, etc.
- Pass monthly provisions with proper supporting and rationale




- Ensure correct period cut-off and completeness of expense recognition
- Track and reverse provisions in subsequent periods
- Coordinate with finance controller for closure timelines

4. Statutory Compliance Support GST & TDS

- Ensure correct GST and TDS treatment in all AP-related entries
- Ensure the GST inputs of vendors
- Validate applicability of TDS sections and GST classifications
- Prepare and provide data for GST returns and TDS filings
- Coordinate with tax consultants for filings and clarifications

5. Vendor Ledger Management & Ageing

- Ensure proper accounting and classification of liabilities
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in vendor ledgers
- Support clean-up of long-pending items

6. Audit Readiness & Documentation

- Maintain complete audit trail for all payments and provisions
- Ensure availability of supporting documents (invoice, approvals, workings)
- Support statutory, internal, and lender audits
- Respond to audit queries within defined timelines

Qualification

- Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance or Accounting (CA/Inter-CA/MBA Finance preferred).
- 5 - 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in renewable energy, infrastructure, or project finance-based organizations.
- Hands-on experience managing multiple SPVs and escrow-based financing structures.
- Strong working knowledge of SAP (FI module mandatory).
- Sound understanding of Companies Act, and TDS.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-driven environment.
