Urban Planner - SBM (Team Lead)

Location: Silapathar, Assam

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Urban Planner to join our growing team! If you have a passion for sustainable urban development and hands-on experience in outreach activities under the Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban) , master planning and government projects, we’d love to connect with you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of Master Plans & DPRs
- Work on urban development projects
- Assist in developing urban sanitation and waste management strategies aligned with SBM (U) objectives
- Site analysis, surveys & feasibility studies
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation for project tracking and stakeholder communication.
- Ensure project activities comply with SBM (Urban) guidelines and environmental standards.




- Contribute to workshops, meetings, and training programs related to the mission.
- Coordination with ULB officials & stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with planning norms & policies
- Use of GIS, AutoCAD & planning tools.

Requirements:

1+ years of experience in Urban Planning(Freshers Can Apply)

Degree in Urban Planning / Architecture or related field

Strong knowledge of planning regulations

Experience in government/consultancy projects preferred
