Position: Transport Executive

Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (Freshers can apply)

Location: Pallavi Group of Schools

Experience: 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily school bus operations and transportation schedules.

* Monitor bus maintenance, servicing, and vehicle fitness records.

* Track fuel consumption, mileage, and vehicle performance.

* Coordinate with drivers, attendants, and transport vendors.

* Ensure compliance with safety regulations, permits, insurance, and RTO requirements.

* Maintain transport MIS reports and vehicle documentation.

* Handle route planning and optimize bus utilization.





* Support breakdown management and emergency transportation requirements.

* Prepare Excel reports related to transport operations and expenses.

* Address transport-related concerns from school administration and parents.

Required Skills

* B.Tech Mechanical / Automobile Engineering.

* Valuable knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance.

* Basic to advanced MS Excel skills.

* Strong communication and coordination abilities.

* Problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Willingness to work in field operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
