Work Timings: [9:30 AM to 7:00 PM]

Salary: [10000-15000] per month

​ Role Overview

​We are looking for a reliable, active, and trustworthy Office Boy to handle day-to-day administrative support, maintain office cleanliness, and assist staff with daily tasks. The ideal candidate should be punctual, polite, and familiar with the local area for outdoor work.

​Key Responsibilities

​Office Maintenance: Keeping the office clean, tidy, and organized daily (dusting desks, cleaning office equipment, ensuring meeting rooms are ready).

​Pantry & Hospitality: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff, management, and visiting clients or guests.

​Outdoor Tasks: Handling outdoor errands such as visiting banks for cash/cheque deposits, delivering documents, picking up couriers,



or buying office supplies.

​Filing & Printing: Assisting with basic paperwork, photo-copying, and moving files between desks.

​Key Requirements

​Education: Minimum 10th standard pass preferred.

​Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience as an office boy or in a similar support role. (Freshers are welcome to apply).

​Languages: Basic understanding of [Local Language, e.g., Hindi/Marathi] and English.

​Local Knowledge: Familiarity with local routes and public transport for outdoor tasks. (Having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is a plus, but not mandatory).

​Skills: Polite behaviour, good hygiene, punctuality, and a helpful attitude.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
