- Manage and grow platforms:

- YouTube (Shorts + Long-form)
- Plan and execute monthly content calendar
- Maintain consistent posting and branding (blue + gold premium theme)

2. Content Creation (Core Focus)

- Create high-engagement content:
- Reels (finance tips, myths, mistakes, storytelling)
- Carousels & infographics
- Educational posts (insurance, investments, retirement planning)
- Convert ideas into viral-style hooks & scripts
- Repurpose long content into multiple formats

3. Video Editing & AI Content Creation

- Edit reels using tools like:
- CapCut / Premiere Pro / VN
- Use AI tools for:
- Video generation (e.g., text-to-video tools)
- Voiceovers (Hindi + English)
- Subtitles & captions
- Create faceless + personal brand videos

4. Lead Generation & Performance Marketing

- Run and optimize campaigns:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Google Ads (basic level understanding preferred)
- Generate qualified leads for insurance & financial services
- Track CPL (Cost per Lead) and optimize campaigns

5. Branding & Strategy





- Build personal brand of founder (finance expert positioning)
- Create trust-based, non-salesy content
- Improve engagement, followers, and conversion

6. Analytics & Reporting

- Track:
- Engagement rate
- Reach & impressions
- Leads generated
- Share weekly performance reports with insights

Skills Required

- Strong understanding of Instagram & LinkedIn growth
- Video editing skills (Reels-focused)
- Basic knowledge of finance/insurance (or willingness to learn quick)
- Copywriting skills (hooks, captions, storytelling)

Good-to-Have

- Experience in financial services / insurance industry
- Knowledge of:
- AI tools (ChatGPT, video AI tools)
- Canva / design tools
- Performance marketing exposure (Meta Ads)
