Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-oriented Team Lead – Cyber Security Sales to drive business growth and lead a sales team focused on Cyber Security solutions and services. The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of experience in B2B technology sales, with a strong understanding of Cyber Security solutions such as Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), SOC Services, Endpoint Security, Network Security, Cloud Security, Compliance, and Managed Security Services.

The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing client relationships, mentoring team members, and developing strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Cyber Security sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify customer security challenges and propose suitable Cyber Security solutions and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, CISOs, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, solution demonstrations, and negotiations.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotations, RFP/RFQ responses, and sales contracts.
- Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design customized security solutions.
- Monitor sales pipeline, forecasting, and CRM updates.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and emerging Cyber Security technologies.
- Mentor, train, and motivate team members to improve sales performance.




- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.

Required Skills

- Experience in enterprise sales and handling corporate clients.

- Managed Security Services (MSSP)

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales) will be an added advantage.
- 3–4 years of experience in Technology Sales, IT Sales, or Cyber Security Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
