Experience: 2–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the Architectural, Interior, Building Materials, or Construction industry

Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in the Architectural and Interior industry. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, relationship-building, and sales skills to drive business growth and expand our client network.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the architectural and interior design market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, contractors, and corporate clients.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, market research, site visits,



and client referrals.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and business discussions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts to close business deals.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM records.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong business development and client relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of the architectural and interior industry.
- Ability to identify new business opportunities and close deals.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
