Job Description – Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer (AWS & Azure DevOps)

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead/Senior DevOps Engineer with 10+ years of experience in designing, automating, and managing cloud infrastructure in AWS environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Azure DevOps, Terraform, AWS, New Relic, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), along with experience in CI/CD, observability, containerization, and AI-driven DevOps (AIOps).

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and highly available cloud infrastructure on AWS.
- Build, automate, and manage infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Deploy and manage cloud-native and microservices-based applications.
- Manage AWS services including EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudFront, SQS, and DynamoDB.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and performance optimization using Recent Relic and AWS CloudWatch.
- Automate build, deployment, and release processes to improve delivery efficiency.
- Support containerized deployments using Docker and Amazon EKS.
- Implement high availability, disaster recovery, and Blue-Green deployment strategies.
- Ensure cloud security, identity management, access controls, and compliance with best practices.
- Collaborate with development, cloud engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive DevOps best practices across teams.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in DevOps and Cloud Engineering.
- Strong expertise in AWS Cloud Platform.
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps for CI/CD pipeline implementation.
- Strong experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).




- Experience with AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, EC2, S3, CloudFront, SQS, and DynamoDB.
- Expertise in monitoring and observability using New Relic and AWS CloudWatch.
- Experience with Docker, Amazon EKS, and container orchestration.
- Strong understanding of cloud networking, DNS, SSL/TLS, and security best practices.
- Experience implementing Blue-Green deployments and Disaster Recovery strategies.
- Strong scripting, automation, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with AIOps and AI-driven infrastructure automation.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT and GitHub Copilot/Codex for DevOps workflows.
- Experience with Git branching strategies and release management.
- Knowledge of security automation (SecOps) within CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- AWS and Azure certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience leading DevOps teams and working with enterprise-scale cloud environments.
