- 4+ years in BPO with International Outbound Collection experience is preferred.
- 2+ years documented experience as Team Lead is required.
- Experience into Outbound Collections background is added advantage.
- Proficient in BPO metrics: Shrinkage, Attrition & AHT.
- Solid understanding of key customer experience metrics: NPS, Repeat, Churn, Utilization & Occupancy
- Shifts: Rotational Shifts / Rotational Week offs
