Key Responsibilities

- Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters to achieve hiring targets and maintain quality standards.
- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for permanent and contract (C2H) positions.
- Manage client relationships and act as the primary point of contact for recruitment-related activities.
- Understand client hiring requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Allocate requirements to the team and monitor daily recruitment activities.
- Review candidate profiles before client submission to ensure quality.
- Conduct regular team meetings, provide performance feedback, and coach team members.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals using job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Coordinate interviews, salary negotiations, offer rollouts, and onboarding activities.
- Track recruitment metrics and prepare periodic hiring reports for management and clients.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment SLAs and deliver high levels of client satisfaction.





Required Skills

- Strong experience in end-to-end IT recruitment.
- Proven experience in client handling and stakeholder management.
- Experience leading and mentoring a recruitment team.
- Excellent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiation skills.
- Robust knowledge of IT technologies and technical roles.
- Proficiency in recruitment portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client requirements simultaneously.

Eligibility

- 38 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in team handling.
- Experience in client-facing recruitment roles is mandatory.
- Prior experience in staffing, consulting, or recruitment firms is preferred.
