Job Title: Associate/ AM
Department: CIB Indus ISPL COE - Third Party Management (TPM) team
About Business line/Function: CIB Indus ISPL COE - Third Party Management (TPM) team
Strong presence in 27 countries across the globe with a proven track record of delivering quality service, within the expected Turn Around Time (TAT) and with ability to challenge Status Quo and share Best Practices. Core activities include processing of Vendor invoices, Employee claims, Intercompany Invoicing and Procurements.
TPM Team Scope:
To be the 1st Line of defense (LOD), for multiple entities Third Party Management team. This (TPM) team is responsible for managing the risks related to procurement and outsourcing information and measuring and managing operational risks that impact on all TPM functions, covering TPRM, Procurement and Governance, Transformation, and data management.
Position Purpose: To prepare the TPRM Dashboards using POWER BI.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
- Data Preparation: Connect to multiple data sources, extract, and transform data using Power Query and ETL processes.
- Data Modeling: Design robust, scalable data models with complex DAX calculations, measures, and relationships.
- Dashboard Design: Build intuitive, visually compelling, and interactive reports using Power BI Desktop.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and present insights to non-technical audiences.
- Data Governance: Ensure data security, access compliance, and report performance optimization.
Essential Qualifications & Skills
- Technical Stack: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Database Management: Strong SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and database management.
- Data Visualization: A keen eye for UI/UX design to make complex datasets easy to read and act upon.
- Education & Experience: Typically a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, accompanied by 3-5+ years of direct business intelligence experience.
