Key Responsibilities

- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Acquire and manage affluent and HNI clients through referrals, networking, and existing relationships.
- Portfolio Advisory: Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable investment solutions across Mutual Funds, Fixed Deposits, Bonds, NPS, PMS, AIFs, and other wealth products.
- Book Growth: Build, manage, and grow a high-quality investment portfolio by increasing AUM, SIP inflows, and overall client engagement.
- Relationship Deepening: Build long-term client relationships through regular portfolio reviews and proactive investment advisory.
- Digital Wealth Experience: Leverage Kissht's digital platform to deliver a seamless onboarding, investment, and servicing experience.
- Business Delivery: Achieve monthly acquisition, AUM, SIP, and revenue targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Who We Are Looking For

- Experience: 48 years of experience in Wealth Management, Mutual Fund Distribution, Financial Advisory,



or Retail Banking.
- Client Network: Existing network of affluent, HNI, or investment-focused clients is preferred.
- Investment Knowledge: Strong understanding of Mutual Funds and other wealth products, including Bonds, FDs, PMS, AIFs, and NPS.
- Proven Performance: Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving AUM, acquisition, SIP, and revenue targets.
- Relationship Management: Solid client servicing, advisory, and relationship-building skills with a consultative approach.
- Growth Mindset: Self-driven professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for building a scalable wealth management business.
