Key Responsibilities:

- Explain product features, pricing, and advantages clearly to customers.
- Identify customer needs, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
- Follow up on interested prospects and close deals within timelines.
- Maintain call logs, customer details, and lead status in the system.
- Handle customer queries and provide basic post-sales support.
