Malathy Group - Architectural & structural design based company hiring point cloud technician. Candidate having point cloud experience in architecture industry will be appreciated.

Role & responsibilities

- Convert point cloud data into 2D drawings / 3D CAD models
- Process and clean scan data using tools like Autodesk Recap, Cloud Compare, or Leica Cyclone
- Prepare as-built drawings including plans, elevations, and sections
- Ensure accuracy and alignment with site conditions
- Work closely with architectural and engineering teams
- Maintain CAD standards and documentation
- Ensure accuracy as per standards

Preferred candidate profile

- Min of 4 years of relevant experience in Scan to CAD / Point Cloud projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD / Revit
- Experience handling formats like RCP, RCS, LAS, E57
- Positive understanding of engineering drawings and detailing
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- International experience advantage
- Need to work in UK time zone
