Role & responsibilities

- Develop scalable backend services using Python and FastAPI.
- Build and enhance AI agent workflows using LangGraph and LangChain.
- Design retrieval pipelines using PostgreSQL and Weaviate.
- Integrate LLM providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Google, Groq, and Ollama.
- Build evaluation metrics, automated test cases, and monitoring for AI systems.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design.
- Write clean, maintainable, and production-ready code.

Required Skills

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-5 years of backend development experience.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or similar frameworks.
- Valuable understanding of PostgreSQL and database design.
- LangGraph / LangChain
- LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering
- Vector Databases (Weaviate)
- Docker & AWS
- CI/CD (GitHub Actions)
- AI Agent Development
- Knowledge of AEC, CAD/BIM, or Revit is an added advantage.
