Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source top talent for semiconductor and VLSI industry positions through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open roles.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
- Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements :
- 4-10 years of experience in IT staffing or recruitment, preferably in the semiconductor or VLSI industry.
- Solid understanding of technical skills required for various roles within the semiconductor/VLSI domain.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, marketing etc.
