- Design, implement, and maintain Workday HCM solutions for clients across various industries.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop customized Workday configurations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Workday modules such as Core HCM, Absence Management, Time Tracking, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Workday implementation and provide timely resolutions.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Workday HCM consulting or similar role.
- Solid understanding of core HCM processes and ability to apply them in a Workday environment.
- Experience with implementing and configuring multiple Workday modules (e.g., Core HCM, Absence Management).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to train users on complex technical topics.
