What you'll do

You'll sell one of Northbourne's businesses to US customers and own the full sales cycle first call to signed deal. You'll run your own pipeline (inbound and outbound), pitch the right solution, handle objections, negotiate, and close. Keep your pipeline current in the CRM and share your numbers weekly.

Success here is simple: deals closed and revenue against your target.

What you must have

- You have personally closed B2B deals with US or Canadian customers, remotely (phone/video), owning the deal from first call to close. (Required no exceptions.)
- At least 2 full years of closing sales, with a real track record of hitting or beating your targets. Be ready to talk through your actual numbers.
- Comfortable running the full sales cycle on your own prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
- Excellent spoken and written English and a confident, clear presence on calls with US customers.
- Willing and able to work US shift hours from our Recent Delhi office.
- Self-driven and organized you manage your own pipeline and hold yourself to a number.

this role is not a match if:

- You have only sold to customers in India (or outside the US/Canada).
- You have only done lead generation, appointment setting, or SDR work and have not closed deals yourself.
- Your experience is only B2C / consumer selling (e.g. selling courses or products to individual buyers) with no B2B closing.
- You have less than 2 years of actual closing experience.

What you'll get

- Compensation: 4.5 9.5 LPA base (depending on experience), plus performance-based commission. On-target earnings for this role average around 14 LPA (base + commission).
- What you'll sell: Local SEO and AEO (AI/answer-engine optimization) services that help US local businesses get found online both in Google search and in AI-powered search. You'll be selling to the business owners and marketing decision-makers who need those customers walking in.
