Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage sales data, generate reports, maintain CRM records, and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working with Massist, Salesforce, or any CRM/Sales Force Automation (SFA) application, along with robust Excel skills and the ability to handle large datasets accurately.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain and update sales data through Massist, Salesforce, or any CRM/SFA application.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for the Sales and Management teams.
- Monitor sales performance, attendance, field activities, and target achievement.
- Validate and reconcile sales data received from field teams.
- Generate dashboards, reports, and performance trackers using Excel.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts,



and Operations teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain master databases for distributors, retailers, products, and employees.
- Track CRM usage and ensure timely data updates by field sales representatives.

Requirement

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Statistics, or a related field.
- 25 years of experience as an MIS Executive, Sales MIS Executive, or CRM Executive.
- Experience in FMCG, Consumer Goods, Cosmetics, Skincare, Pharma, or Retail industries will be preferred.
- Identify data discrepancies and resolve them in coordination with relevant stakeholders.
- Support management with ad-hoc reports and analytical presentations.
