Qualifications :

Essential Professional degree / BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy(Full Time) from reputed institute

Desirable : Degree/ Diploma in Operation orcertificationin quality system.

Experience:

Essential 4+ years of experience in Quality Function in Metal Industry.



working Exposure ofQuality techniques Visual, Spectrometry, Chemical compositions is mandatory.

Desirable : Experience in Quality control activities in the manufacturingsector.

JobProfile:

Raw Material Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials such as aluminum scrap, alloys, and other materials to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Document and report any deviations or non-conformities and work with the procurement team to resolve issues.

Process Control :Monitor and control the production processes involved in aluminum recycling, ensuring that they are executed according to established procedures and quality standards.Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and optimize quality.

Finished Product Inspection: Perform comprehensive inspections on finished aluminum products to verify quality and conformity to customer specifications.Maintain accurate records of inspection results and generate reports as required.

Quality Testing: Conduct various quality tests on aluminum products, including but not limited to hardness, tensile strength, and chemical composition analysis.Operate testing equipment and ensure proper calibration and maintenance.





Documentation and Reporting:-- Maintain meticulous records of quality control activities, test results, and any quality-related incident. Prepare and present regular reports on quality performance to management.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality assurance practices and standards across the organization.

Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes to address quality issues

Safety and Compliance: -Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for yourself and colleagues.Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards.
