Role & responsibilities

Responsible for managing the end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process for assigned OEM product

categories, ensuring timely procurement, supplier coordination, and seamless execution of post-PO

activities. The role focuses on material availability, supplier performance, commercial compliance, and

cross-functional coordination to ensure uninterrupted business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end P2P activities, including Purchase Order execution, supplier follow-up, goods receipt, invoice reconciliation, and payment closure.
- Ensure timely material availability by coordinating with suppliers, planning, logistics, stores, and finance teams.
- Monitor supplier delivery performance, expedite critical supplies, and resolve supply chain issues to minimize business disruptions.
- Validate commercial terms, monitor price variances, and ensure compliance with approved contracts and procurement policies.
- Track procurement KPIs such as supplier OTIF, PO cycle time, invoice matching, and payment turnaround, driving continuous process improvements.
- Maintain accurate procurement master data, supplier records, and ERP transactions (SAP preferred).
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues related to deliveries, quality, documentation, invoices, and payment.
- Drive supplier performance improvement through regular reviews focusing on delivery, quality,



responsiveness, and service levels.
- Support vendor base optimization, digital procurement initiatives, and spend analytics using ERP and reporting tools.
- Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans while ensuring compliance with statutory, EPR, and sustainability requirements.

Job Requirements

- B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- 35 years of experience in OEM procurement, supplier coordination, or sourcing of Kitchen Appliances/Consumer Durables.
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes, commercial terms, and procurement operations.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred), MS Excel, and procurement reporting tools.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel for supplier visits, audits, and performance reviews.

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience in OEM/ODM supplier management within Consumer Durables or Electrical Manufacturing.
- Exposure to digital procurement platforms (S2P, e-RFQ, e-Auctions, PLM).
- Knowledge of supplier performance management, inventory coordination, and ESG/sustainability compliance.
- Self-driven, execution-focused, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a rapid-paced environment
