We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 Data Collaboration Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in Data Collaboration, with advanced troubleshooting skills, solution design capabilities, and the ability to lead and support enterprise operations.

Roles and Responsibility

- Manage Data Collaboration architecture in complex enterprise environments.
- Act as the final point of escalation for critical high-impact incidents that L1 and L2 teams cannot resolve.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Data Collaboration related incidents.
- Integrate Data Collaboration logging with Splunk for analytics, ing, and compliance reporting.
- Provide technical leadership to Level 1 and Level 2 teams, including mentoring and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate with Data Collaboration teams for seamless end-to-end solutions.
- Drive improvements in access control performance and user experience across Data Collaboration deployments.
- Participate in change management, risk assessment, and stakeholder communication.
- Maintain technical documentation, solution design, and runbooks in alignment with compliant standards.




- Manage and prioritize future requests, presenting viewpoints on upcoming changes.

Job Requirements

- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in shift-based or on-call support environments.
- Effective communication skills.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience working in complex environments.
- Experience with multisite or international setups is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in MS SharePoint Online, MS Teams File storage, MS Stream, AvePoint, Content CoCreation (MS Forms, MS Whiteboard, MS Loop components, Klaxoon, Kahoot, Canva), Project Team Organization (MS Planner, MS Lists, MS Shift, Asana, Monday, Trello), People Connection (MS Viva Engage).
- Certifications and Qualifications: Senior Specialist - Cloud Engineering.
