We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Level 3 TANIUM Expert with 7-9 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep expertise in Tanium administration, advanced troubleshooting skills, and the ability to lead and support enterprise operations.

Roles and Responsibility

- Deploy patches on servers, manage bundles (OS, DB, Middleware), and maintain patch lists.
- Conduct server health checks, troubleshoot issues, and create ad hoc reports and dashboards.
- Enhance tag management, manage actions, and automate requests using playbooks.
- Lead advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis for Tanium incidents.
- Drive improvements in performance and compliance, participating in change management and risk assessment.
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks aligned with compliant standards.
- Manage and prioritize upcoming requests.

Job Requirements

- Strong experience with Tanium Core Modules (Patch, Deploy, Data, Automate, etc.).
- Understanding of Tanium core principles like TDS, Sensors,



Action Groups, Client Settings, etc.
- Familiarity with monitoring, logging, and performance analytics tools.
- Exposure to ITSM processes and experience working in large-scale enterprise environments focused on uptime and optimization.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in shift-based or on-call support environments.
- Effective communication skills, team player with a proactive attitude, and scripting skills in Powershell and bash.
- OS proficiency in Linux and Windows.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications: TCO, TCA.
