We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL) Lead with 5-15 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce applications and solutions, with hands-on experience in Service Appointments, Dispatch console, Work order management, Resources, skillset management, and FSL Mobile app.
Roles and Responsibility
- Perform remote implementations of Salesforce Field Services Lightning.
- Create and implement changes to objects, fields, workflows, processes, flows, validation rules, approval processes, email templates, advanced formulas, page layouts, record types, and Lightning pages.
- Manage technician management and dispatchers, assets management, and scheduling optimization.
- Utilize Agile methodology for project execution using Jira, GIT, and Agile Accelerator.
- Apply Salesforce best practices to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate seamlessly with all levels of the client's organization.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience with Salesforce applications and solutions,
including Salesforce FSL and Sales/Service Cloud.
- Hands-on experience in Service Appointments, Dispatch console, Work order management, Resources, skillset management, and FSL Mobile app.
- Operational experience with Field Service concepts, including technician management and dispatchers.
- Good understanding of applying Salesforce best practices to meet business requirements.
- Knowledge of continuous Integration and continuous deployment.
- Robust focus on process improvement and business transformation.
- Must have good communication skills.
- Experience working with IDE (VS Code, Eclipse), Changeset, ANT, Data loader, Workbench tools, etc.
