We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cloud Site Reliability Engineer SRE with 5 to 10 years of experience to drive the reliability, scalability, and performance of our cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering and advanced systems operations.

Roles and Responsibility

- Design and maintain fault-tolerant, high-availability architectures across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Deploy, manage, and optimize cloud resources using IaC tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
- Implement monitoring, logging, and logging frameworks to detect and resolve issues proactively.
- Lead real-time incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems to continuously improve uptime and resilience.
- Optimize resource utilization, predict traffic patterns, and enforce autoscaling and performance best practices.
- Develop scripts and internal tooling for automating routine tasks to reduce manual intervention.
- Collaborate with security teams to implement secure infrastructure practices including encryption, role-based access auditing, and vulnerability management.
- Work across engineering and DevOps teams providing guidance on reliability best practices and mentoring junior SREs.

Job Requirements

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automation and system management.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP, including VPCs, IAM, serverless architectures, and managed Kubernetes services.




- Experience with containers orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
- Expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
- Strong understanding of monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk, Azure Monitor, Dynatrace, and AWS Cloud Watch.
- Advanced knowledge of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, and Unix environments, with experience in system administration and networking fundamentals.
- Incident response skills with strong problem-solving abilities under pressure.
- Ability to articulate technical insights, coordinate across teams, and contribute to a blameless culture to resolve issues and drive consistent results.
- Industry certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Skilled - DevOps Engineer, or Azure DevOps Engineer are preferred.
- Exposure to chaos engineering or resilience testing frameworks is a plus.
- Prior experience in multicloud deployments or hybrid cloud environments is desirable.
- Familiarity with service-level objectives (SLOs), indicators (SLIs), and error budgets for service reliability is beneficial.
- Gather feedback from the department on areas of improvement and provide solutions utilizing Azure.
