About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Attend inbound and outbound calls from US-based clients

Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when necessary

Requirements:

Fresher and Min 6 month Experienced candidates can apply

Any Graduate Or Undergraduate

Excellent spoken English skills are mandatory

Comfortable with US Night Shifts





Strong communication and listening skills

Basic computer knowledge required

Adaptable with rotational week offs
