We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist with 6 to 8 years of experience to support building AI tools for customers, driving business results through data-based insights. The ideal candidate should be skilled at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization.

Roles and Responsibility

- Work with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.
- Mine and analyze data from databases to improve product development and business strategies.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of recent data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Develop custom models and algorithms for data sets.
- Use predictive modeling to enhance customer experiences.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Analyze large amounts of information to discover trends and patterns.
- Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms, presenting information using data visualization techniques.
- Have knowledge of ML lifecycle and model governance.
- Develop and deploy advanced Generative AI, large language models, Azure OpenAI, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning Model/Algorithms to enhance or automate existing business processes with predictive and intelligent decision-making content aggregation and contextualized insights.
- Experience in developing production-level Gen AI solutions by utilizing Azure OpenAI services.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering,



retrieval-augmented generation, Llama index, Vector DB, and fine-tuning of open-source LLMs.

Job Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or another quantitative field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience manipulating data sets and building statistical models.
- Experience using statistical computer languages such as R and Python to manage data and draw insights from large data sets.
- Knowledge of various machine learning techniques including clustering, decision trees, learning, artificial neural networks, XGBoost, KNN, SVM, ANN, etc.
- Knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and concepts, including regression properties of distributions, statistical tests, and their applications.
- Experience creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics regression simulation scenario analysis, modeling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.
- Experience visualizing and presenting data for stakeholders.
- Experience with Snowflake is an added advantage.
- Experience in deploying machine learning models using cloud technologies.
